Experiential Creative Director & Brand Storyteller.

Michelle is a Philadelphia-based Creative Director who’s spent the last decade creating immersive brand experiences for companies like Pinterest, Google, Figma, Shopify, Mazda, and YouTube.

She’s especially drawn to big “what if?” ideas. The kind that start as a loose feeling, cultural insight, or strange little spark and eventually grow into full-scale campaigns or experiences that people genuinely remember.

Her superpowers include brand strategy, visual storytelling, spatial design, and leading creative teams.

She loves building worlds that people can step into — the kind that spark curiosity, invite participation, and continue to stay with you.

Michelle is currently freelancing with agencies and brands creating experiences that feel thoughtful, emotionally resonant, and genuinely fun to be inside of.

She’s also an Adjunct Professor in the Spatial Experience Design program at FIT, where she teaches students how to think about immersive environments through the lens of storytelling, culture, and audience behavior. She’s passionate about helping young creatives find their voice, and make work that feels both conceptually strong and genuinely human.

So, what does an Experiential Creative Director actually do?

The short answer? A lot.

Experiential Marketing isn't just advertising IRL; it's a combination of all marketing and advertising disciplines rolled into a big complex ball.

On any given project, Michelle might:

  • Craft a brand identity

  • Launch a product

  • Write ad copy

  • Curate digital & social content

  • Develop a website

  • Direct a photo or video shoot

  • Design product packaging

  • Render 3D visuals & floorplans

  • Architect an attraction

  • Decorate or style an interior

TL;DR Michelle sets the creative vision for a project.

So in addition to attending meetings, mentoring creatives, and drinking copious amounts of coffee - she’s the person connecting the dots between clients, strategy, creative, and production teams to make sure everyone is building toward the same idea.

Michelle excels at making sure ideas stay both conceptually strong and realistically executable. She’s just as comfortable writing a creative brief as she is reviewing an SOW, pressure-testing a production plan, or evaluating the bottom line.
EP’s everywhere rejoice.
